Absolutely! If you can’t find a session in your time zone, you are more than welcome to join one scheduled in another time zone. Just make sure the timing works for you.
You can find the prerequisites for each certification on their respective pages on our website. These prerequisites are also stated on the registration pages for each course. Please make sure to review these requirements thoroughly. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all the prerequisites before attending the class.
Unfortunately, we currently do not provide any scholarships or financial assistance for our courses. We understand that financing your education is a significant consideration and we recommend exploring external scholarships, grants, or personal financing options.
Registration will close as soon as the class size limit is reached or two weeks before the first session, depending on which occurs first.
Yes, we do maintain a waitlist for our courses. In the event that a class reaches full capacity, interested students can request to be placed on a waitlist. If a spot opens up due to a cancellation or withdrawal, we will notify the next student on the waitlist. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a spot in the current course, but it does give you priority registration for future course offerings.
Our ideal class size is 12 to 18 persons. We believe this number strikes a perfect balance, ensuring the class is not too big to become impersonal, but also not too small to lack dynamic interaction. With a reasonable class size, each student has ample opportunity for individual attention from the instructor, while also benefiting from diverse perspectives and collaborative learning with peers.
Our policy requires full payment at the time of registration. This upfront payment ensures your seat on the course is reserved and helps us manage our course capacity effectively.
We accept several types of payment to provide flexibility to our customers. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit cards. We also accept payments through PayPal, which provides a secure and convenient method for online transactions.
For our public trainings, full refunds are available if you cancel your registration at least 30 days prior to the event start date. If you cancel within the 30-day period before the event, we will refund 50% of your registration fee. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on or after the day of the training. The policy might differ depending on the session. You can find comprehensive details when you register for a specific session.
